MESH SUBRA - HAIR STYLIST

Mesh Subra attended an architecture High school and went on to study computer science at UniTech.

He moved to Paris to study French at Universite de la Sorbonne, and decided after
his studies to stay and master his hairdressing skills and further train with the best in the industry.

During his residence in France, Mesh divides his time between Paris and London assisting 2 prolific Artists (Eugene Souleiman and Laurent Phillipon) on Editorials, Fashion Shows and Campaigns.

Mesh is undeniably passionate about fashion photography inspired by his love for artistic hair.

He constantly aspires to climb greater heights in the pursuit of growth in his career. While working with several hair maestros, Mesh started to implement strong classic techniques requiring him to blend very technical with artistic designs. He mixes bold and edgy with soft and beautiful.

On his journey, Mesh learned to master the making of natural hair textures while developing a very thorough understanding of hair products.

His work has been published in magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar, Lowdown, Ebyan, Fiercive, Marie Claire, Elle, Glitterati, Magazine, People Gotha, Italian Vogue and many other international magazines. He has collaborated with many of the industry’s up coming and top photographers such as Jean Paul Goultier, Mark Pillai, Sabine Pigalle, Verena Brumann-Christ, David Benchitrit, Marian Sell, Davis Factor, Igor Malax, Marco Rochas, Andy Julia, Steven Duncan and many more.

Mesh has led several teams of assistants in fashion shows for designers in the likes of Peterpilotto, HNV and Valerian H, names just a few.
