Lisa Carter McPhee Makeup Artist Lash Extensionist in Washington, DC

Lisa Carter-McPhee owns and operates Flawless by Lisa Makeup Artistry. She began her studies in Makeup Artistry at Bennett Career Institute in Washington, DC.

Upon completion of her studies, she obtained advanced training in various areas of makeup artistry including HD and Airbrush Makeup. She has been afforded the opportunity to train with such industry greats as the Emmy award winning makeup artists Valente Frazier.

Along with Ms. Frazier, Lisa has studied under Suzanne Patterson, Danessa Myrics the Beauty Editor for Hype Hair Magazine, Deshawn Hatcher, James Vincent of the Powder Group, Sam Fine and Billy B just to name a few.

Currently working as a Freelance Makeup Artist with various photographers, she's been published in Global Woman Magazine, Hairstyles Unlimited and Sophisticate's Black Hair Magazine. Additionally, she participated in the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week NYC, DC Fashion Week and America's Fashion Week.

Lisa's work is not limited to runway and print she works with models for testing, brides and everyone who wants to have that flawless look.
