Hi I'm Kristy

My experience and passion to create started back as far as I can remember. At school I was constantly looking for different mediums to sculpt and paint, this led me to art school and then a hairdressing apprenticeship.

I enjoyed playing with hair as a medium as it enabled me to sculpt and colour hair in ways that would enhance my client's features, skin tone and make a significant difference to how they felt.

As I progressed as a young hairdresser I discovered that I had a natural ability to style hair for occasions such as weddings, school formals and friend's birthdays.
After being in the industry as a hairdresser for 6 years I decided to pursue a passion I had for makeup and enrolled in a makeup school to gain a formal qualification.

I was fortunate to be working in one of Adelaide's top salons at the time and consequently had the opportunity to do hair and makeup for magazines, editorial features and catalogues for brands such as Glam Adelaide, Cibo and Whistles and in publications including the Adelaide Advertiser. I have had the pleasure of working with the likes of Chloe Maxwell, Monique Brumby, Miss World Australia and Elle McFeast.

Most of my weekends are spent travelling throughout South Australia doing Hair and Makeup for beautiful Brides and their wedding parties. I strive to achieve perfection and will not stop until my clients are completely satisfied.
I have recently completed training in Airbrush makeup application and now offer this service to all my Wedding parties.

My qualification in Workplace Training and Assessment allows me to provide one on one or group hair and Makeup lessons, all of which are tailored to cater for the individual needs of my clients.

I spend the time I have left collaborating with photographers, stylists and models to create cutting edge fashion shoots that allow all parties to push their technical and artistic abilities.
