Katrell’s vision has been simply to express her love of movement, theatre, fashion,and music. From studying with Dance Theatre of Harlem to lecturing novices on dance technique Katrell’s pure love of the arts is evident in her work. Born in Miami, Florida Katrell has been dancing since the age of three. During her tenure as a dancer and choreographer, she has worked with artists, companies, and directors such as P. Diddy, Director Benny Boom, T.O.K Director X, Jagged Edge Bud Light Tour, Director Gil Green, Beyonce, Olivia (G-Unit), Nike Corporate Show, Christian Castro, Carmini (Haitian Festival), VMA and the list goes on.

After seeing Fame performed by a talented group of theatrical actors, Katrell was inspired by the fusion of ethno-centric rhythms and contemporary pop as well as the show case of multi-cultural talent to pursue the Performing Arts. Since that time has had the pleasure of working with John Singleton, 20th Century Fox, CBS, Admark Jamaica and BET (Viacom).
