The Hawaiian Waves Photo Album got updated today with a few new photos. It is the 4th album in the navigation bar.
These new beach and boogie boarding pictures were taken during the last few months at Sandy Beach on the East (Windward) side of Oahu.
The newly added photos are the usual rectangular dimensions like the rest.
In a previous post I experimented with square image format for beach and boogie boarding photos.
I came to the conclusion that given the proper cropping, subject and background I enjoy looking at both image dimensions. The square photos are more challenging to give a dynamic feel to but more interesting and unusual for the viewer.
Since I am not shooting currently so there is not much to write about I will look into my photo archives for some unpublished pictures. I will also write more posts about books and DVDs about photography which were entertaining and educational for me.
